Retention time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyse web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behaviour.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google utilises the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

Google may use the Data collected to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

4 WHY WE COLLECT, USE AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1 We collect, use, and disclose personal information for the following purposes:

(a) providing recruitment services to Candidates and Agencies;

(b) assessing and verifying candidate suitability for job opportunities;

(c) communicating with candidates and agencies about job opportunities;

(d) improving and personalizing our services;

(e) complying with legal and regulatory obligations;

(f) conducting market research and analysis;

(g) responding to inquiries and complaints;

(h) any other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or as permitted by law.

4.2 We may use Personal Information for direct marketing purposes, such as sending promotional materials or updates about our services, in compliance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Individuals can opt-out of receiving direct marketing communications by following the instructions provided in the communication or by contacting us.

7.1 We may use automated decision-making processes, including profiling, to assist in assessing Candidate suitability for job opportunities. These processes may involve analyzing personal information to evaluate certain characteristics or preferences.

7.2 Individuals have the right to request human intervention in the decision-making process and to contest any decisions made solely by automated means. This interaction will sit between the Candidate and the Agency and the decision maker will be the Agency.

8 PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY

8.1 We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure and protected from misuse or unauthorised access. Our information technology systems are password protected, and we use a range of administrative and technical measures to protect these systems. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

8.2 We are committed to keeping your personal information secure, and we will take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.

8.3 Your personal information may be stored in hard copy documents, or electronically on our software or systems.

8.4 We maintain up-to-date techniques and processes which meet current industry standards to protect your personal information both through physical security over its paper and electronic data stores, such as locks and security systems, and computer and network security systems with firewalls, encryption technology and passwords to control and restrict access to authorise staff for approved purposes.
